Unknown oil container?

Article about: Hello again, Can anyone i/d this oil container? It's for oil at one end, and empty at other, (for cleaning patches)? The empty end screw cap has a leather plug? SMLE bottle for comparison. G

    Can anyone i/d this oil container?
