Is this the M-1918 Mackinaw overcoat original WW1 (see pictures below)? Its very hard to see because there are no markings or labels. The belt is also missing. I'm not an expert in these overcoats, so every information is welcome.

Is this the M-1918 Mackinaw overcoat original WW1 (see pictures below)? Its very hard to see because there are no markings or labels. The belt is also missing. I'm not an expert in these overcoats, so every information is welcome.
Sure it is not officer overcoat? The buttons look like ones on officer coats. Is it wool? Makinaws have a cotton outter shell with a wool lineing. Some have a wool shawl collar. Looks like a M-1926 overcoat,short. Rich A. in Pa.
