    Hello all, I just remembered I had this laying around in one of my display cases. Thought it might be a nice little thing to show. Dated 1917 from the Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois. Unfortunately.....no Scope came with it!!! Paid 11 dollars for this piece, found it in an Army Navy shop, just thrown in a bin.

    Not a bad find, these are not rare but anything from ww1 is starting to get harder to find now

    I always like finding/rescuing stuff that the people selling it have no idea what it is. That's a cool piece
