I am not an expert either, but here are a few offerings? Service issue items have normally a service label showing size and date. The WD stamp is good but does not tell you everything. WWI officers as we know could privately purchase all sorts of service pattern items so authentic WWI officers jodhpurs could come from all sorts of sources including well known tailors. but again there would be a label and perhaps no WD stamp. I see no inner pad/padding indicating 'horse' usage so again a pointer. Also again an expert would know but did not female military in WWII wear such trousers?
Not much help in directly answering your question but hopefully will spark some comment.

Tony,
WW1 period. The configuration of the WD stamp with the number above the WD and the letter below the WD is the giveaway. They may well have had a paper label when issued but these rapidly deteriorated. I suspect these are a pair of Cavalry or Royal Artillery 'jodhpur' style trousers. Nice find I suspect worth £100-180.
Happy New Year
