WWI Navy Mixed Group

Guys; Acquired this group today from the daughter of a WWI navy veteran. Her husband was a WWII vet, and I guess this is the reason for the mixed insignia; WWII, police badge, etc. Regards, Hal PS; Thought you would like to see the group as found even though everything isn't WWI; the label on the Good Conduct medal box fell off, so I thought I'd show what was underneath.

Hi Hal, nice group. You cannot beat family groupings.

I always like the fact that US Victory medals have the additional bars on them which makes them even more interesting.

Very nice grouping, especially with the award letter. Have you been able to track down any informaiton on the vet?

Ade, I agree, as the bar on this Victory medal keys it to the navy veteran.
Erick, the only information I have is his name as the daughter had little information on his military history. Best Regards, Hal
