WWI US Uniform With Photos

Base Hospital 83 was based in Revigny on the Meuse, with Evacuation Hospital No. 15.

I was able to find some more info on base hosp. #83.
It was organized at fort Riley, Kansas in April of 1918. In the photos there are no patches on the uniform, so I'd suspect that the photos were taken just before he was sent to England then to France.
If anyone else has any additional comments/information you are welcome to add it.

Here's a form I found from two months before the US officially joined the war. It is Interesting to compare with the forms he filled out after the war.
@MAP: Thanks! Just in time for the Meuse-Argonne offensive. Even though he was in a base hospital he certainly saw the effects of it.

It's a really sweet group of items and tracking down the extra little nougats of information helps to flesh out the items even more. I hope you have space to display the uniform, it cries out to be worn on a mannequin I think.
