A simple display idea for ribbon bars

So far, I had never found a way to display my ribbon bars that really satisfied me... But on today's idle Wednesday afternoon, I had a spontaneous idea that I think works pretty well and which I thought I would share with the other members.

All that is needed are a standard clear plastic display stand for medal bars and a strip of adhesive loop velcro (both readily available):

Just cut the strip of velcro material to size and affix it to the obverse of the display stand. You can easily stick the bars' pins through the loops of the velcro material:

It's simple, inexpensive, doesn't look bad and, best of all, can even be achieved by a person blessed with two left hands with five thumbs on each (a person like me, in other words).
