Louis,
Not an expert but I like it. Has a worn, high quality overall appearance to it. Let's see what others have to say.

Same here, only have a few original wartime uniforms myself so not an expert at all by any means. I do however see the inconsistency of wear on the uniform and the sleeve insignia where the insignia show some medium (artificial?) wear while the fabric of the uniform and the collar insignia show no wear at all and seem to be unworn mint. Furthermore it also looks like these insignia are not long on the uniform. If being there for many decades these would be more embedded onto the fabric of the uniform. I have my doubts, based on these photos. Would be interesting to see more pics, of the cuffs for example, or also the inside where the buttons are attached to the uniform.

I still like it. Now keep in mind I'm not an expert. I like the fact that the sleeve star and chevron have a burnished look to them. Hard to recreate that age wear. I also like the construction of the rank star. The bullion and thickness of it speak authenticity to me. They're made of high quality material and speak of "quality." Also just like the blouses overall wear and appearance. For me... It's a keeper.
Again, want to see what others have to say.
