I've had this for a bunch of years as well. I have his medals and ribbons that go on the jacket but they are still packed away. For the life of me I can't remember his name. Senn or Senne comes to mind but I don't know if that is correct.

The wool looks identical to a type of wool for the Aussie four pocket wool service jacket. There is allot of variation in the wool in Aussie jackets
