Pabst Political Desk Eagle

Hi friends! I'm excited to show off what just flew in - this nice J. Pabst political NSDAP desk eagle. I've been looking for one of these for the longest, and I've finally landed one. This example isn't perfect, showing some small bumps and bruises here and there from taking a fall or two over the years, but it displays well and will fill the gap in case I ever happen to come across a nice stone-mint one. At approx. 12"x8" (30x20cm), it's an imposing looking bird retaining most of its bronze finish. He's earned a place on my shelf among some other scattered NSDAP relics - see below. Thanks, Aldo! I've been in the process of refocusing my entire collection, and have sold off the majority of my combat related items. I'll post some more pics of the shelves in this glass cabinet soon - it's all early SA and NSDAP related items. It's a much smaller, but much more manageable collection (for now).

Focusing on collecting SA and NSDAP items is definitely a good idea! I decided to do the same about 25 years ago.

Made the same move a number of years ago went from Heer to NSDAP political items ,now I have a Bunker full.
