Genuine and not a reproduction. An unserial numbered dial indicates it was not issued to a vessel but used in an administrative building. The number pressed into the backplate is as it should be and the last two digits will also appear on each side of the lock and hinge generally, and the clockwork mechanism too. These clocks were expensive to produce and not made after 1939. Kieninger & Obergfell was the manufacturer. The Junghans W146 was the cheaper clock of choice for the Kriegsmarine from 1940. PY.
