No idea?
Wein is Austrian for Vienna, so I think that answers your question.
There is also ghosting in the shape of an oval on the crown, post war Austrian.
Vienna is clear. But Austria was the part of the 3rd reich. So my question is: did Litto Kappe make caps during the war, or it has been founded after the war?
But I also think it's post war Austrian.
Hi levaid,
sorry for the late response, perhaps your question has already been answered. As the thread wasn't posted in the headgear section I only happened to see it now.
To your questions: The cap is a post-war Austrian postal visor. Litto did exist long before the II WW and has produced caps during the Anschluss, see here, e.g._:

Thank you! : - )
