Looks nice. I have a Union Militare visor myself.
Can't confirm the period but it looks WW2. Is it for a 2nd Lt or Warrant officer?

I think it is a W.O. Rich A. in Pa.

Good morning,
it's a M34 cap for 2nd Lt, the unit to which it belonged was the 27th Divisional Artillery Regiment, inserted in the 6th Infantry Division "Cuneo".
During WW2 this unit was deployed on the Greek Albanian front.
It is private purchase made using the cloth, called "Cavalry Twill", alternative to the classic wool gabardine normally used.
