    This one came in today and i really like it so i hope there is something interesting in the writing.
    Could someone please help me with the translation it would be very very appreciated!!
    The blade was a family blade so she staid in japan.

    It says this was a commemorative sword of ?taro Nakamura for his service in the Russo-Japanese War in which he came ashore in Dalian at the age of 27, carrying this sword.

    Thank you kindly nick for the translation as the Russo-Japanese war is also one of my collect goals i am very pleased.

    Quite a nice item there! I have never seen a Kyugunto with a cloth saya cover like this. Seen plenty on Type 98s, but not the kyu. Congrats!
