Anyone put a maker to this one? Tried to find a match but failed.

Godet or Meybauer.
I leaning more towards Godet but I cant say for sure from these pictures.
A good in-focus close up picture that shows the 4 inner corners of the frame would really help.

Sharper pictures, as Greg has said would help enormously with this one. Still it's a lovely cross with tons of patina.

With the ribbon mounted as for wear on the dress uniform I would also see this as a nice example (sorry I can't help with a maker).
