What is this? Is it authentic? Price?

Yes, and Rommels not any better, IMO. Post war commemorative, IMO.

Definitely not a period item.
Rommel looks horribly flabby & jowly and just not like the real Rommel at all and they have even misspelled "Tobruk" as "Tosruk"!
