These where the tickets that one had to purchase to travel accross the USSR to go to the border east...then we can tell that the holder went from Kaunas via Moscow to the border with China (crossing at Manzhouli (满洲里)) or the eastern coast to board a ship/boat to Japan, dating 1941.
