If he was awarded the MCC it will be in the range 6000 and above.Unless he served in another ward before...

Please remember my list is not complete, up to 24000 I am 95% complete then the higher the number the more gaps I have.

I have 4 men with the surname Kuzminski, but no Kuzminski Czeslaw. From my limited experience I would guess with Czeslaw having the number 476/III he would have joined the 2nd Corps after Monte Cassino.

He served in 3rd Engineers Battalion (3 Batalion Saperów) of 3 Dywizja Strzelców Karpackich in the rank of saper.

I hope you are looking for one of this two soldiers.

Thank you so much. ŚWIERTOKA Safron from Western Belarus, his relatives contacted me regarding the details of military service. In 1951 Saffron was arrested by NKVD and sent to Siberia.

Hello Everyone

One of the soldiers from behind the Bug River.
He was deported to Siberia in 1950 and lived for 90 years from what I read.

,,Вот такая непростая у дедушки была судьба. Вместе с советами сражались против фашистов, брал штурмом Монте Касино, получил ( неза просто так) кучу наград, выжил и вернулся домой (хотя было много возможностей остаться в Англии, на западе. А дома никто не ждал. Жена уже с другим. Женился пошли детки,нажил хозяйство... А в 50х годах большевики объвили врагом народа все забрали и с семьей в Сибирь.. Благо выжил вернулся в свои края и дожил до 90 лет.. Жаль я его не застал.Думаю интересно было пообщаться бы..
выставляю фото документов на награды (сами награды к сожалению утеряны..)"

If he was awarded the MCC then in my opinion it will be in the range 12550-12640.-Here will be broadcast for the 3rd Rifle Battalion.
Because this is a sapper, the MCC number will match what Gonzo 500 wrote.
