Hi Leonard, welcome to the forum!
We have one mega thread, just with Polish items. I would post it there, as all the forums Polish collectors will then get to see it. Sorry I cannot ID it myself.

I think the badge is from the Nazi labor organization, DAF. Does "Lieferant" on the reverse mean this was a badge of a civilian deliveryman?
The armband with the swastika in the shovel suggests another Nazi labor organization. Can you identify it further? If not, I'll post it.

I'll repost it on the Polish Forum, thanks. Others think this is is a civilian rather than a military item.
I'll add some German items that I've not identified to that forum.
